Grissom Nominated for
Prestigious Red Carpet Award Event
It
was announced at International ArtExpo yesterday that Hollister, CA Artist
Shannon Grissom has been nominated for the 2005 ARTV Awards. A press
party was held at the
Progressive Art Gallery at the Well on Fifth Avenue in New York to
formally announce the first 10 nominees.
Grissom, a painter, is
also noted for hosting/producing the award winning television series Give
Your Walls Some Soul as well as her writing on art marketing.
The 2005 ARTV Awards
is the first ever nationally visible red carpet event in America. The
event will include live and multi media presentations and will be filmed
in HDTV for televised broadcast. Following the awards the winner's artwork
will tour the United States. Grissom has been nominated in the painting
category.

held at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas Nevada on October 28, 2005
